This fall Dan and I went on vacation for 8 days in Hawaii (Oahu and Maui). The islands were spectacular and there were plenty of great things to do. The snorkeling in Molokini (arranged with Trilogy) and the helicopter ride through western Maui (arranged with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters) were particular highlights.

We made a short movie made on the famous Road To Hana. The movie was recorded using a V.I.O. POV. 1, which my brother recently bought for me. The camera unit was secured to the door mirror of our Jeep Wrangler by two cable-ties. Here's the movie, though I need to work on the codec settings to reduce the degradation that seems to occur during recompiling:
