Last week I spent a number of days zipping around the EU. Generally I was pretty busy, but I did get just a few hours here and there to see some interesting sights and to fall in love with the 300kph Deutsche Bahn ICE service.

Back in the USA, I went to the New England ski show. My brother introduced me to skiing last January and Dan and I are planning a winter on the slopes :-)

Today I made my last long drive before I have to put Emily away for the winter. I drove up to Boston from NJ thought CT. It was very cold with the top down, but the sun was out, the sky was blue and the foliage was all shades of green, brown, red and gold! The Merrit parkway really is pretty, as well as being a fun drive, with plenty of swoopy curves! Emily's handling was terrific and her 5.7 Litre V8 sounded superb! That car is truely awesome. Maserati, Bentley, M3, Merc, Porsche: Bow down before your angry mistress!
